The briefing detailed the role of the Air Force Research Laboratory's Integrated Project Team in contributing to the new planned space based platforms. Dr. Davis is the team leader for this effort in coordinating with NASA, DARPA, NRO, and AFRL in bringing to realization the missions of ground moving target and airborne moving target identification. Dr. Davis outlined the cost and technology challenges involved in placing large structures in space.
