"Recognition of Membership Milestones" September 13, 1999.

The September luncheon of the Erie Canal Chapter was devoted to Recognition of Membership milestones by chapter individuals. Membership levels were reached by: 13 people with five years, 9 people with ten years, 13 people with fifteen years, 2 people with twenty years, and two people with twenty-five years. Chapter president, Gene Blackburn, reported on his participation in the award ceremony of a $2000. Scholarship on behalf of the AFCEA Educational Foundation to the Army ROTC Cadet Gregory J. Pflaum, an Electrical Engineering student as Syracuse University.
