The Erie Canal Chapter of AFCEA is sponsoring the 4th annual "Airborne Network Technology Review Days" with participation by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) – Rome Research Site, the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) and the Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC). The Annual Airborne Network Technology Review Days 2008 is expected to expand on the previous years successful events and will highlight the current approaches and plans to deploy an Airborne Network. Participants will have the opportunity to engage industry and government researchers and scientists to discuss their approach and solutions to the obstacles of networking airborne assets, present research demonstrations, and discuss experiments and practices. This Year's Keynote Address Speakers include:

- Commander, 8th Air Force, Lieutenant General Robert J. Elder, Jr.
- Air University Commander, Lieutenant General Allen Peck
- CERDEC Technical Director, Mr. Gary Blohm
- Director, Warfare Integration (N6F), Rear Admiral Sandy Daniels
- DBSAE, Business Transformation Agency, Mr. Keith Seaman
